Show Solidarity – Trial on 12 July in Görlitz

The activist* Clumsy has been in jail now for approx. six weeks. The trial will now take place on the 12th of July. He is accused of having locked himself to the railway tracks of a coal train to the power station “Schwarze Pumpe” at Ende Gelände this year. After a short arrest he had at first been released, while some days later on the eviction of the tree occupation LAUtonomia he was newly detained. Since then he is in pretrial detention because of the supposed danger of an escape. The allegation for the coming trial is „Störung Öffentlicher Betriebe” in conjunction with Ende Gelände, a severe case of the disruption of public facilities.

Clumsy had not been alone in the Lausitz/ Lusatia. But while he was detained, thousands were able to leave. Let us use this freedom to com back, so that Clumsy will not be alone on 12th of July.

Let us fight against the isolation that repression is trying to create.

We will not be intimidated: Resistance goes on. Against coal, against capitalism and against repression, which follows political action.

We are many – we are unstoppable!

Come to the solidarity demo on 12th july at 11 A.M. in Görlitz in front of the court.

This time, for the further training, we have dealt with the accusation of coercion, which we are particularly concerned with in the prosecution of all kinds of blockades. And of course: AntiRRR has been around for over 10 years now. But read for yourself. Continue reading ...
