Liebe Aktivisti,

wir begeben uns so langsam in den Regionalvernetzungen in die zweite Phase. Kontakte knüpfen sich, mehr und mehr Austausch geschieht. Nun geht es darum gemeinsam Ideen zu entwickeln und in die Umsetzung zu kommen. Dazu liegt bei unserem nächsten Bündnistreffen der Fokus auf den in den Ortsgruppen anlaufenden Prozessen zu Aktionsplanungen.

Ihr wollt dabei sein? Dann meldet euch bitte an, Infos zu programm und location bekommt ihr zugeschickt.

Einladung zum Bündnistreffen

Wir als Kleingruppe zur OG-Vernetzung laden euch daher zum nächsten Bündnistreffen am 21.-23. April nach Kassel ein.

Bringt euch in der Planung ein

Wir schreiben euch jetzt, um interessierten Menschen die Gelegenheit zu geben frühzeitig in die Moderationsvorbereitung mit einzusteigen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn unsere kleine Gruppe mit einigen Menschen ergänzt wird, die gerade die Prozesse auch auf OG-Seite miterleben und daher wertvollen Input zur bestmöglichen Ausgestaltung des Treffens liefern können. Meldet euch hierfür gerne!

Call for Topics etc

Nach der Rückmeldung beim letzten Bündnistreffen, dass die ersten Planungsschritte eigener größerer Aktionen noch etwas unklar sind und ein größeres Projekt manchmal sehr erschlagend wirken kann, möchten wir unter anderem das Bündnistreffen dazu nutzen, um an realen Beispielen zu diskutieren, wie die Weichen zur Umsetzung einer Aktion gestellt werden können. Daher hier auch der Aufruf an alle OG-Vernetzungen: Kommt gerne schon mit euren ersten Ideen zum Bündnistreffen und teilt diese (wenn ihr das wollt, wie gesagt nicht alle Ideen müssen öffentlich vorbereitet werden) mit uns. Die Vorschläge müssen nicht megakonkret sein sondern könnten zum Beispiel aus einem Thema, einem Ziel und einer Aktionsform bestehen (z.B. Kohlehafen X auf Wasser und Land blockieren/An Tag Z PR-Termin von Unternehmen Y mit 1000 Aktivisti crashen und in Rave verwandeln etc.) . AGen könnten euch dann berichten, wie sie zu ihrem Schwerpunkt dort ins Arbeiten kommen würden und was relativ früh im Prozess schon mitgedacht und organisiert werden sollte. Natürlich ist das keine Deadline und Ideen für Aktionen können auch nach dem Bündnistreffen weiter jeder Zeit in Angriff genommen werden.

We, as a small group for OG networking, therefore invite you to the next alliance meeting on April 21-23 in Kassel. More information about program, registration, etc. will come later.

Get involved in the planning

We are writing to you now to give interested people the opportunity to get involved early in the moderation preparation. We would be happy if our small group is supplemented with some people who are currently experiencing the processes on the OG side and can therefore provide valuable input on how to best organize the meeting. Please contact us if you are intrsted in planning the alliance meeting!

Call for Topics

After the feedback at the last alliance meeting that the first planning steps of larger actions are still a bit unclear and a larger project can sometimes seem very overwhelming, we would like to use the alliance meeting among other things to discuss on real examples how the course can be set for the implementation of an action. Therefore, here is the call to all OG networks: Come to the alliance meeting with your first ideas and share them with us (if you want to, not all ideas have to be prepared publicly). The proposals don't have to be very concrete but could for example consist of a topic, a goal and a form of action (e.g. blockade coal port X on water and land/crash company Y's PR meeting on day Z with 1000 activists and turn it into a rave e.g.). WGs could then report to you how they would come to their focus there in the work and what should be relatively early in the process already thought and organized. Of course, this is not a deadline and ideas for actions can also be tackled after the alliance meeting at any time.
