Liebes Ende Gelände Bündnis, liebe System Change Camp Menschen,

vom 1.-3.9. findet in Hamburg das nächste EG Bündnistreffen statt, bei dem es neben EG Themen zentral auch um die Auswertung des System Change Camps gehen soll. Dafür laden wir euch alle ein, auf das Camp zurückzuschauen und auch gemeinsam einen Blick nach vorne zu wagen.

Los geht's am Freitag um 17 Uhr mit einem Onboarding für neue Menschen und ab 18 Uhr für alle. Und Sonntag geht es bis 14 Uhr.

Meldet euch über das Anmeldeformular bitte frühzeitig an, damit wir gut planen können.

Vorläufig haben wir für das Wochenende die Schwerpunkte wie folgt aufgeteilt:
EG Themen: Freitag Abend, Samstag Vormittag und ggf. Sonntag Vormittag
SCC Auswertung: Samstag Nachmittag und Sonntag Vormittag

Bezogen auf das Camp soll es vor allem darum gehen, uns einen Überblick zum Reflexionsstand zu verschaffen und punktuell Themen weiter zu vertiefen.
Um das in der kürze der Zeit gut hin zu bekommen, ist es notwendig, dass Strukturen bereits in die interne Reflexion gegangen sind.
Daher freuen wir uns, wenn alle Strukturen, die beim SCC beteiligt waren, ihre interne Auswertung mit uns teilen. Am besten im Vorfeld per Mail oder auf dem BT.

Folgende Fragen könnten als Inspiration dabei dienen:

• Wann hat die Struktur mit der Vorbereitung begonnen?
• Wie lief der interne Vorbereitungsprozess? Was kam dabei zu kurz? Was hat gut geklappt?
• Wie liefen Absprachen mit anderen Strukturen? Was wären Wünsche an andere Strukturen?
• Wie gut war die Struktur aufgestellt? Wie viele Menschen mit wie vielen Kapazitäten?
• Wie habt ihr das Camp erlebt? Was ist euch als Struktur besonders in Erinnerung geblieben?
• Welche Aufgaben liegen noch bei euch und wie kommt ihr damit zurecht?
• Was würdet ihr bei einem nächsten Camp anders machen?
• Was würdet ihr auch beim nächsten mal beibehalten?

Ihr könnt eure Auswertung an uns schicken oder direkt über die EG Liste.

Außerdem freuen wir uns, wenn ihr noch weitere Themen für das Treffen mitbringt. Egal ob zum Camp oder zu Ende Gelände. Schreibt uns bitte bis zum 26.8. das genaue Thema und wie lang der Slot sein müsste.
Eine Tagesordnung und genaue Infos zum Ort etc schicken wir danach euch zu.

Dear Ende Gelände Alliance, dear System Change Camp people,

from 1-3.9. the next EG alliance meeting will take place in Hamburg, which will focus on EG topics as well as on the evaluation of the Systemchange Camp.
We invite you all to look back on the camp and also to look forward together.

It starts on Friday at 5 pm with an onbording for new people and from 6 pm for everyone. And Sunday it goes until 2 pm.

Please register early via the registration form so that we can plan well.

For now, we've broken down the focus for the weekend as follows:
EG Topics: Friday evening, Saturday morning and Sunday morning if necessary.
SCC evaluation: Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning.

With regard to the camp, the main goal is to get an overview of the state of reflection and to further deepen topics.
In order to achieve this in the short time available, it is necessary that structures have already gone into internal reflection.
Therefore, we would be pleased if all structures that were involved in the SCC would share their internal evaluation with us. Preferably in advance by mail or on the BT.

The following questions could serve as inspiration for this:

• When did the structure start preparing?
• How did the internal preparation process go? What came up short? What worked well?
• How did arrangements with other structures go? What would you like to see in other structures?
• How well was the structure set up? How many people with how many capacities?
• How did you experience the camp? What do you remember most about the structure?
• Which tasks still lie with you and how do you cope with them?
• What would you do differently at the next camp?
• What would you keep for the next time?

You can send your evaluation to us or directly via the EG list.

We would also be happy if you bring other topics for the meeting. It doesn't matter if it's about the camp or the end of the terrain. Please send us until 26.8. the exact topic and how long the slot should be.
We will send you a TO and detailed information about the location etc. afterwards.
